Amendments 331
Amendments 353: This amendment seeks to improve the UK’s supply chain resiliency against dependency and human rights abuse by creating a double regulation making power: to enable the Government to develop a plan to address dependency throughout public procurement; and to bring the human rights standards of wider public procurement in line with the procurement standards of the Department of Health and Social Care.

Amendment 485:


Amendments 449: This amendment would ensure that only limited exceptions would be permitted to providing information about public contracts.
Amendments 449A: This amendment would bring information held by a contractor or subcontractor in connection
with a contract with a public authority within the scope of the Freedom of Information Act and
associated Environmental Information Regulations.
